Course Projects

• Group Leadership Book Presentation: Unlike most other groups in our class, our group chose a book not specific to the library field. We chose Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done by Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan.
• Planning, Marketing, & Assessment Project: This project required the majority of the semester to complete. For my project, I worked with Marianne Buehler at RIT Libraries on the improvement of the RIT Digital Media Library, RIT's institutional repository, supported by DSpace.
  • Final PMA Plan: This 61 page document contains a Literature Review, Project Plan, Marketing Plan, and Assessment Plan for the improvement of the RIT Digital Media Library.
  • Host Librarian Package Presentation: This is the PDF version of the presentation I gave to the key internal stakeholders at RIT Libraries, April 17, 2008.
